Preparation Before Starting
Branding Files
Your logos in vector files format like .AI, .PSD, .EPS, or .PDF.
Design Drawing
Tech packs or if you don’t have them, at least 1-3 high-resolution inspiration images in different views or sketches.
Artwork Files
Files for embroidery, print, hang tag, care label, and packaging must be in a vector file format with dimensions stated.
Sample Sizing
Ready a size chart of garment measurements for each design. Do note that body measurements can’t be used.

What is a Tech Pack and Why is it Necessary?
A Tech Pack (short for technical package) is essentially a blueprint containing all the technical specifications of a garment design. It serves as a critical document for both designers and the garment production team during the development and manufacturing of designs because it acts as a central reference point and helps convey every detail of the design.Without a tech pack, there can be misunderstandings about how a garment should be made, which could result in the final product differing from what was originally envisioned.
What Are Your Minimum Order Quantities?
General Orders: The minimum order quantity for all designs per order starts at 300 pieces.
Color Variations: For each design, the minimum order quantity per color ranges from 100 to 200 pieces.
Custom Components: Different minimum quantities may apply for customized hardware, fabrics, decorations, concepts, dyeing, printing, and embroidery.
What's The Main Difference Between Pro and Basic Plan?
With the Pro Plan, you directly provide Modaknits apparel with design drafts, or we design them based on your brand requirements to start customizing products. Modaknits apparel guarantees product quality and compensates for any quality issues that may arise.
Under the Basic Plan, you use your own samples, and Modaknits apparel produces your bulk products using the fabrics and accessories, including branded fittings, that you supply. Modaknits apparel ensures the quality of the craftsmanship, but we cannot guarantee the quality of the fabric and accessories provided. However, if the quality issues arise due to the materials you supplied, the final loss will be borne by you or your supplier.
How Do You Conducat Quality Inspections?
By default, we offer free quality inspections according to the AQL 2.5 standard, regardless of whether the goods have been reworked by the factory due to previous quality issues.
We can also provide inspections at a higher ratio or on a one-to-one basis, but the price for orders requiring this service will be higher and quoted accordingly.
How Can I Obtain Free Fabric Swatches And Color Cards?
Tell us about your product development plan, product style, design direction, and season (the clearer the description, the more accurate the fabric swatches we can find for you). Based on your details, we will send you the new fabric color samples you want to choose from.
How To Obtain A Free Quote?
Provide us with detailed design information, target quantity, and quality requirements. Based on your information, we can give you an estimated price within 1 hour. The actual price will be quoted accurately after you confirm the sample. The estimated price tends to be higher, so the final quote will prevail.
