How can I start my own clothing line with your factory?
You can start by sending us your design idea, reference sample, tech pack, logo file, target quantity, fabric preference, and size range. If you are still developing your first collection, we can help with fabric sourcing, sample development, fit adjustment, labels, tags, packaging, and bulk production.
For most knitwear projects such as T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and joggers, we usually recommend starting with a sample before bulk production. Simple samples usually take 7–12 days, while more complex styles may take 15–20 days, depending on fabric, printing, embroidery, and pattern details.
What types of clothing do you manufacture?
We manufacture a wide range of custom apparel, including hoodies, sweatshirts, T-shirts, polo shirts, joggers, loungewear, and other knitwear products. If you are looking for a custom clothing manufacturer for casualwear, streetwear, or private label apparel, we can help develop styles based on your brand requirements.
What is your minimum order quantity for custom clothing?
Our practical MOQ is usually around 100 pieces per color. For startup brands, 50–100 pieces may be possible depending on fabric, color, size range, printing, embroidery, and label requirements.
Can you make samples before bulk production, and how long does it take?
Simple samples usually take 8–12 days.
More complex styles may take 15–20 days.
Bulk production usually takes 25–35 days after sample approval.
How do you ensure high-quality clothing production?
We check fabric weight, shrinkage, color fastness, stitching, measurements, print/embroidery position, and final packing. For many cotton and cotton-blend knit fabrics, shrinkage is usually controlled around 3%–5% depending on fabric and finishing. For common casualwear projects, color fastness is often targeted at Grade 4 or above when the fabric and dyeing process allow.
Do you offer OEM, ODM, private label, labels, tags, and packaging?
Yes. We support OEM, ODM, private label, custom neck labels, wash labels, woven labels, hang tags, size stickers, poly bags, barcode stickers, and custom packaging.
Can you source fabrics and develop fabrics for my designs?
Yes. We can help source cotton, cotton-poly blends, French Terry, fleece, CVC, rib, jersey, and other knit fabrics. We can also suggest GSM, handfeel, shrinkage control, and fabric options based on your target price and brand positioning.
How do pricing and bulk order discounts work?
Pricing depends on fabric, GSM, quantity, colors, size range, printing, embroidery, labels, packaging, and production complexity. Larger bulk orders usually receive better unit pricing because setup and production costs are spread across more pieces. Send us your design and order details for an accurate quote.
